Dear Friends,
This is my final letter of the year, and I’m so grateful you’ve been part of this conversation.
Twenty-three letters - we’ve truly journeyed together! I’d wanted to start this series for a long time, and when I finally did, so many of you reached out to say how much you enjoyed reading along.
Your encouragement has meant more than you know. Thank you. And if there are topics you’d love to explore together in the new year, I’d truly love to hear from you.
You can now find all of the past letters gathered on The Journal page of our website.
This year was full of meaningful milestones on the ranch. We fenced the yard so I could finally begin my English rose garden.
We continued restoring pastures after decades of overuse and spraying, and next summer we’ll be working alongside our local soil and water conservation office to make even more sustainable improvements.
Caprine also had a wonderful year. We launched the Everyday sock in the spring which has since become a bestseller.
We were honored to be recognized in Nikki Reed’s list of women-led brands creating products with mission and meaning.
And we are collaborating with a beautiful and inspiring design firm in Sandpoint, Elliot Cole Home.
As I look ahead to the new year, I feel hopeful. Together, we can continue choosing intention over excess, sustainability over convenience, and quality over haste.
Let’s slow down, be thoughtful in how we live and consume, and create space for love and kindness to lead the way.
Thank you for being here with us, with the goats, and with this way of living. I’m so glad you’re part of the story.
With love,
Angela
