Delivery

We offer free delivery to anywhere in the U.S. for $100+ orders. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days from our ranch in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

International Delivery

Yes, we ship internationally. Some countries may require VAT and custom fees that you will need to pay.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item so that we can make it right.

Returns

We're here to help you make returns quick and easy.

If you are not satisfied with what you've ordered, we accept returns within 30 days for a full refund.

If you'd like to initiate a return, please do so on your My Account page.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Our recyclable packaging is designed to be used again, please reuse to ship your item(s) back if possible.

The return must be shipped and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return label.

When returning your item(s), delivery costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
