Delivery

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. for orders $99+. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from our ranch in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

 

International Delivery

Yes, we deliver internationally. Some countries may require VAT and custom fees that you will need to pay.



Returns

Our return policy is 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging intact.

Because of hygiene considerations, socks are considered intimate apparel and are final sale once tried on or worn and are not eligible for return.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
Final sale items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact angela@shopcaprine.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Return instructions will be sent after your request is reviewed.

Please note that orders placed to sample multiple styles or colors with the intent to return a portion may not be eligible for full refund, as we are a small-batch, farm-based business. Our approach is intentionally different from large-scale retailers, as each piece is made in small batches and meant to be chosen with care rather than tried at home in multiples.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, less a 20% restocking fee.

If a refund has been initiated and you have not yet received it, please contact your credit card company first, then your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
