We offer complimentary delivery to anywhere in the U.S. for $100+ orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from our ranch in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, you must contact angela@shopcaprine.com with the reason for the return, and return instructions will be sent to you.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Final sale items are non-returnable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less a 20% restocking fee.
If a refund has been initiated to your payment method, and you have not received it yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
